Do you handle insurance claims?
Share your address and brief. We create a remote roof measure + scope and invite vetted roofers to submit Offers. You compare, pick a roofer, and they do a quick on‑site check to lock the final price and schedule the job. (Learn more on /how-it-works.
What areas do you cover?
Our pre‑inspection price is ~95% accurate using remote measurement and your brief. The on‑site check locks the final 5%. If the same scope needs a >5% change, we re‑open the tender so roofers re‑price (our Re‑quote Safety Net).
When do I get a final quote?
No. We use satellite/aerial imagery and your brief to prepare the pre‑inspection price. You’ll only meet the selected roofer for the short on‑site check.
NSW notes (deposits & HBCF)?
You contract and pay the roofer you select. RoofHero is your transparent introducer/coordinator and helps keep everything organised.
What if the price needs to change after inspection?
Your contractor checks the structure on‑site. Metal roofs are typically lighter than tiles; the inspection confirms any structural items before the final quote
